Description
The Samura MO-V Bread Knife is a Japanese serrated knife designed for clean and controlled slicing of bread, pastries, and products with a hard crust. The serrated edge delivers precise cuts without pressure or crushing the texture. The Samura MO-V Bread Knife is a Japanese bread knife featuring an AUS-8 steel blade and an ergonomic G-10 handle.
Functionality
The knife is designed for slicing bread, baguettes, pastries, cakes, and products with a firm crust and soft interior. The serrated edge easily cuts through dense surfaces without excessive pressure or damaging the crumb. The 230 mm blade is suitable for large products and allows long, continuous cuts without stopping or repeated motions. The knife is also ideal for watermelon, citrus fruits, and other large fruits with thick skin.
Materials
The blade is made from Japanese AUS-8 molybdenum-vanadium steel, resistant to corrosion and designed for long-lasting serration sharpness retention. The steel provides stable cutting performance and excellent durability during frequent use. The G-10 fiberglass handle is resistant to moisture, temperature changes, and mechanical stress.
Care
Hand washing and careful drying after use are recommended. To preserve the cutting performance of the serrated edge, the knife should be stored in a dry place and protected from contact with hard surfaces.
Ergonomics
The ergonomic G-10 handle provides a secure grip and stable control even during prolonged use. The balanced construction reduces hand fatigue and ensures high comfort during slicing.
