The Samura ARTEFACT Santoku 180 mm kitchen knife is a versatile Japanese knife for meat, fish, vegetables, and herbs. Santoku is one of the most popular knife shapes in the world, and its name translates as “three virtues”: slicing, cutting, and chopping.
Brief
The 180 mm wide blade with a lowered tip is convenient for precise slicing, chopping cabbage and herbs, and cutting ingredients into even cubes or strips. The knife remains compact and easy to control.

Santoku is suitable for most everyday kitchen tasks. It works confidently with meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, and herbs. Unlike a classic chef knife, santoku is designed more for precise, controlled movements than for wide rocking cuts.

Care
