Description

The insulated “Sarmat” Tandoor with hinged lid is a wood-fired oven made from chamotte clay, featuring efficient thermal insulation, a thermometer and a wheeled stand. It is designed for long heat retention and comfortable outdoor cooking in any season.
Brief
Thanks to its insulated construction, the tandoor keeps high temperatures for up to 6–8 hours. This allows several batches of food to be cooked after one firing and helps reduce firewood consumption.

Functionality
The tandoor can be used for skewers, steaks, poultry, fish, vegetables, pilaf, baked goods and slow-roasted dishes. Heat is distributed evenly from the tandoor walls, helping food stay juicy, aromatic and evenly cooked.
Thermal insulation
The construction includes a ceramic inner chamber, 2 foil layers, basalt fiber insulation and an outer shell made from high-strength concrete. The outer body heats up very little, while the heat stays inside for longer.
Hinged lid
The hinged lid fits tightly to the body and helps retain heat inside. The one-hand opening mechanism makes use more convenient and removes the need for a separate lid stand.
Heat control
The tandoor is equipped with a thermometer, an adjustable air vent and a fixed stainless steel small cap. The cap helps regulate airflow and heat, while the air vent allows stronger heat for browning or a gentler mode for slow roasting.

Wheeled stand
The forged wheeled stand protects the tandoor base from moisture, reduces downward heat loss and makes air-vent access and ash cleaning more convenient. The wheels make movement easier, while the brake mechanism keeps the tandoor fixed in place.
