Fire plate (plancha) for ICON, Monolith

Turn your Monolith ICON grill into something special. The solid steel plate with a thickness of 6 mm and a diameter of 60 cm retains heat particularly well, so that it is very easy to cook. Ideal for meat, vegetables, burgers, potatoes or grilled breakfast.

The plate is created specifically for the Monolith ICON and is simply placed on the grill. For this, the grill cover must first be removed. The cover is very easy to remove.

The steel plate has a continuous edge so that even small foods can be handled easily and safely with a spatula. In addition, you can add different sauces or liquids that will not run off the plate. It is also provided with a hole for the removal of unwanted grease, which will fall into a collection tray that can be easily removed for cleaning.

Since the plate has a larger diameter than the ceramic grill, there are different temperature zones, so you can perfectly cook different types of food at the same time. For example, sear the meat first in the hotter area towards the middle of the plate, then pull it towards the edge for a perfect sear at a lower temperature. Hamburgers can be cooked in the middle, while buns can be browned towards the edge of the plate, along with other vegetables.
