Description
The brazier with stove for a 12 L cauldron combines a traditional grilling area with a dedicated cauldron stove. It has a confirmed 3 mm thickness, 3 cooking grates and a BBQ lid.
The three grates help organise different foods, while the lid retains heat and supports more even finishing of thicker cuts. The cauldron stove concentrates heat beneath a compatible 12 L vessel.
Exact overall dimensions, weight, height and grate material have not been confirmed.
🔥 TWO COOKING SECTIONS
The construction supports:
- grilling meat, fish and vegetables;
- cooking with compatible skewers;
- preparing traditional dishes in a 12 L cauldron;
- simultaneous grill and cauldron cooking.
⭕ DEDICATED 12 L CAULDRON STOVE
Compared with a basic stand over an open fire, the stove provides:
- more stable cauldron positioning;
- concentrated heat beneath the vessel;
- partial wind protection;
- more controlled fuel use;
- easier temperature maintenance;
- practical access to the fire.
The cauldron shape and diameter must match the stove opening.
▭ THREE COOKING GRATES
Three separate grates make it easier to divide and organise the cooking area.
They are suitable for steaks, chicken, sausages, fish, burgers, vegetables, mushrooms, corn and bread. Separate sections are easier to handle and can be removed individually.
🛡️ BBQ LID
The lid helps retain heat and supports:
- finishing thicker cuts;
- more even cooking;
- reduced heat loss;
- indirect cooking;
- briefly keeping food warm;
- partial protection between uses.
The lid and handles become hot during operation.
🌡️ TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Heat is regulated manually through the quantity and distribution of wood or charcoal.
Create a hotter area for searing and a moderate section for cooking beneath the lid. Use stronger heat in the cauldron stove initially, then reduce it for simmering.
🍽️ WHAT YOU CAN COOK
On the grates: skewers, steaks, ribs, chicken, sausages, burgers, fish, vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes and bread.
In the cauldron: plov, pilaf, shurpa, kazan kebab, meat dishes, stews, goulash, soups and braised vegetables.
👥 APPROXIMATE COOKING CAPACITY
- approximately 8–14 people for a combined menu;
- plov: approximately 8–12 portions;
- stews: approximately 7–10 portions;
- soups: approximately 10–14 portions;
- additional meat and vegetables prepared on 3 grates.
These values are approximate and depend on the recipe, grate dimensions, actual quantity and portion size.

🪵 RECOMMENDED FUEL
Use dry natural beech, hornbeam, oak or acacia firewood. Natural lump charcoal and food-safe BBQ briquettes are suitable for the brazier.
Do not burn chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, painted or chemically treated wood.
👨🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDATIONS
Heat both sections without food before first use and clean the grates after cooling.
Create a stable ember bed. Sear meat over stronger heat, then close the lid to finish cooking at a moderate temperature.
For plov, heat the cauldron gradually, brown the ingredients over stronger heat and reduce the fire after adding liquid and rice.
Do not fill the cauldron completely. Remove ash only after full cooling.
🏡 IDEAL FOR
Families, groups of friends, gardens, patios, gazebos, BBQ areas, outdoor kitchens, holiday homes, guesthouses and family events.
⚠️ SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Use only outdoors on a stable, non-combustible surface. Confirm that the cauldron is secure, keep away from combustible materials and never leave the fire unattended. Do not use flammable liquids or move the unit while hot or with a full cauldron.
🏆 CASAGRILL VERDICT
This model is suitable for customers who want a compact station for grilling and traditional cauldron cooking. Three grates organise the work area, while the BBQ lid provides better heat retention and more even cooking.
Compared with an open version, it offers more cooking options and improved heat control, making it suitable for families, guests, holiday homes and organised BBQ areas.
