Description
The Samura #2000 grit water sharpening stone is a single-layer abrasive block designed for initial and intermediate sharpening of steel kitchen knives, as well as for removing marks left by rougher sharpening work. It is suitable even for high-hardness blades — from 58 HRC and above.
Brief
#2000 grit provides a more even sharpening result after a coarse stone and prepares the cutting edge for further fine finishing.
Functionality
The abrasive grains in the stone are uniform, ensuring stable, even and high-quality blade processing. The stone helps restore the cutting performance of the knife and improves the cleanliness of the edge.
Working process
Japanese water stones are highly efficient and can restore knife sharpness faster than many other manual tools used for honing and sharpening.
Non-slip base
The set includes a special rubber platform. During use, the stone is placed on this base, keeping it securely fixed on the table and preventing slipping while sharpening.
