Description
The Samura #360/600 combination diamond sharpening stone is a double-sided block with a non-slip rubber base, designed for initial processing, restoration and sharpening of steel kitchen knives. Diamond is one of the hardest materials, so this stone allows fast processing of steel blades and can also be used for correcting ceramic knives when needed.
Brief
#360 and #600 grits are suitable for initial processing: aligning the cutting-edge angle, removing blade defects and restoring the knife’s cutting performance.
Functionality
The #360 side is used for coarser processing and removing visible defects. The #600 side is suitable for more controlled preliminary sharpening and preparing the blade for further processing.
Working process
The stone is intended for initial sharpening and restoration, not for fine finishing. For the final stage, a finer-grit stone is recommended.
Non-slip base
The block is set on a non-slip rubber base, which helps keep the stone stable on the table and prevents slipping during use.
