Monolith LeChef Pro-Series 2.0 Ceramic Grill

The Monolith LeChef Pro-Series 2.0 ceramic grill is the largest model in the Monolith range, designed for large BBQ areas, garden parties, professional use and cooking multiple dishes at the same time.
Brief
The grill features a large 52 cm cooking surface. This makes it ideal for large groups, multi-stage cooking and experimenting with different BBQ techniques.
Functionality
The model supports direct and indirect cooking, grilling, baking, smoking, slow cooking, pizza, bread, meat, fish and vegetables. The Smart Grid system provides flexibility for using different cooking zones at the same time.
Temperature control
The robust cast iron top vent with sliding system allows precise temperature adjustment. The grill is also equipped with a controller-ready adapter for expanded temperature-control options.
Wood chip feeding system
The innovative chip feeder system allows smoke flavor to be added without opening the lid. This helps maintain stable temperature during smoking.
Materials and construction
The body is made from high-quality ceramic, providing excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. The fiberglass gasket with stainless steel inlay ensures good sealing and easy maintenance.
Ease of use
The split firebox and integrated stainless steel ash collection system make cleaning easier. The smooth-running lid hinge makes opening the large lid simple and comfortable.

New stainless steel and fiberglass gasket
Requires very little maintenance and is much easier to clean. Whether using a large steel plancha or cleaning with a wire brush, the new gasket is designed to withstand contact with heat and metal accessories.

New spring system
More flexibility combined with even greater stability. The lid pivot point has been repositioned so the lid opens with less effort. At the same time, the full weight of the lid remains securely supported by the grill body, sealing the cooking chamber better than before.

New hinge system on the grill
The biggest upgrade for Monolith: the ceramic lid can now be easily removed from the grill body, allowing the use of the large steel plancha, WOK and other compatible accessories.

New ventilation cap
A new design with improved performance. The redesigned cast iron ventilation cap directs smoke upward and out of the grill. The new sliding system provides greater stability and allows even more precise temperature control.

BBQ Guru fan adapter
Pro Series 2.0 features an adapter integrated into the grill body for the BBQ Guru fan. The fan can be installed in one simple motion, eliminating the need for time-consuming installation of an additional adapter plate.
