The Monolith Junior Pro Serie 2.0 is a compact Kamado ceramic grill with a 33 cm cooking grid. Despite its small size, it offers the functionality of larger Monolith models and is suitable for grilling, smoking, baking, slow cooking and combined cooking methods.
Brief
Thanks to its compact format, Monolith Junior is ideal for balconies, small terraces, camping and professional use in restaurants. With a weight of 42 kg, it is more mobile than larger ceramic grills.

Functionality
The grill is suitable for direct grilling, indirect baking, smoking, roasting and low-temperature slow cooking. The temperature can be regulated from approximately 70°C to 400°C, allowing both low & slow recipes and high-temperature grilling.
Smoking system
The unique wood chip, wood chunk or pellet feeding system allows smoking material to be added directly over the hot charcoal without opening the lid. This helps maintain a stable temperature and gives food a rich BBQ flavor.
Materials and construction
Monolith is made from highly durable heat-resistant ceramic with a strong exterior glaze. The ceramic retains heat efficiently, reduces charcoal consumption and helps keep food juicy. The components are made from high-quality stainless steel.

Efficiency
The grill reaches cooking temperature quickly thanks to the chimney effect: cooking can begin approximately 15 minutes after lighting. With only 2.5–3 kg of charcoal, Monolith can run at low temperature for up to 24 hours. Charcoal consumption can be 25–50% lower compared with a standard grill.
