🌬️ E-FAN BBQ TECHNOLOGY

The extremely quiet fan is continuously adjustable. It accelerates charcoal ignition and allows the cooking heat to be controlled with the side dial. Under the procedure described in the manual, the charcoal is ready in approximately 10 minutes.

The Aurora® is a low-smoke grill, not a completely smoke-free appliance. Actual smoke depends on the fuel, food and amount of dripping fat.

🔥 COMPACT CHARCOAL CONTAINER

The container holds up to 150 g of Enders beech charcoal, according to the operating manual. Its compact design concentrates the heat and uses less charcoal than a large conventional barbecue.

💡 LED MOOD LIGHTING

The Mirror version includes ambient LED lighting controlled by a separate button underneath the grill, adding atmosphere during evening meals.

🧼 CLEANING

The reflector bowl, charcoal container, grease guard and ignition bowl are stainless steel and dishwasher-safe. Clean the enamelled cast-iron grate only after cooling and avoid abrasive or chlorinated cleaners.

👨‍🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDATIONS

Use charcoal suitable for compact table grills and ignition paste complying with EN 1860-3. Start the fan at maximum power, then lower it once the charcoal is fully glowing.

Remove excess marinade and fat to reduce flare-ups. Avoid placing frozen or very cold food directly onto the hot enamelled grate, as thermal shock may damage its coating.

⚠️ SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
