Functionality
The large cooking surface allows several foods to be prepared at the same time: steaks, meat, fish, vegetables, burgers and side dishes. The rear infrared burner is suitable for rotisserie cooking, while the integrated smoker area expands cooking options for smoke-flavoured dishes. The main cooking area is approx. 4,230 cm², and the warming rack is approx. 2,160 cm².

Materials and Construction
The body and main components are made of stainless steel. The 9.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids retain heat well, distribute it evenly and create Napoleon’s signature wave sear marks.

Ease of Use
JETFIRE™ ignition provides quick and reliable burner startup. The ACCU-PROBE™ thermometer helps monitor the cooking chamber temperature, while the LIFT EASE™ roll-top lid opens easily and saves space during installation.
