Description

Enders eFlavour® 2 Turbo is a powerful electric grill for terraces, balconies, gardens and modern BBQ areas. It combines two separately adjustable heating zones, TURBO ZONE™, SWITCH GRID™ and the SIMPLE CLEAN™ system, delivering a full barbecue experience without gas or charcoal.

Functionality
The total output of 3 kW is distributed across two heating zones or focused on the right side of the grill for intensive searing. This allows both direct and indirect grilling for steaks, burgers, vegetables, fish, poultry and dishes cooked under the lid.

TURBO ZONE™
TURBO ZONE™ is activated at the touch of a button and quickly brings the right grilling zone to high temperatures. It is ideal for hot searing steaks, burgers and other foods where a strong crust is desired.

SWITCH GRID™
The enamelled cast iron SWITCH GRID™ grate offers versatile grilling options. It retains heat efficiently, creates clear sear marks and allows compatible accessories to be used for a wider BBQ menu.

Construction and comfort
The double-walled powder-coated steel lid includes an integrated thermometer and helps retain heat inside the grill. The large stainless steel warming grate opens together with the lid, while the side shelves provide extra preparation space.

SIMPLE CLEAN™ system
The SIMPLE CLEAN™ system allows individual parts of the cooking chamber to be removed without tools. The removable fat tray makes cleaning easier after use and helps keep maintenance quick even after intensive grilling.

Practical details
Instead of a classic lower cabinet door, the grill features a removable plastic serving tray. It attaches to the front of the trolley, hides the inner shelves and can be used for serving grilled food.
