🔥 FUNCTIONALITY

The grill supports direct searing, indirect roasting and smoking with food-safe wood chips or chunks. Hinged grid sections allow charcoal, water or smoking wood to be added without removing the entire cooking surface.

Porcelain-coated cast iron retains heat effectively and creates distinctive sear marks. Three height settings allow intense cooking close to the embers or gentler cooking at a greater distance.

🪨 RECOMMENDED FUEL

Use natural lump charcoal or food-grade BBQ briquettes. Beech, hornbeam, oak, acacia or fruitwood chips and chunks may be added moderately for smoking.

Never burn chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, painted, varnished, impregnated or chemically treated wood.

Use the lowest grid position for intense searing and the higher settings for gentler cooking. For indirect roasting, place the charcoal to the sides and keep food away from direct heat.
