🪨 RECOMMENDED FUEL

Use natural lump charcoal or food-grade BBQ briquettes. Beech, hornbeam, oak, acacia or fruitwood may be added moderately for smoking.

Never burn chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, painted, varnished, impregnated or chemically treated wood.

👨‍🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDATIONS

Use the lowest grid setting for intense searing and the higher settings for slower cooking. For indirect roasting, place the charcoal to the sides and keep food away from direct heat.

Control temperature through the vents and empty the ash catcher only after the charcoal and ash have completely cooled.
