🔥 FUNCTIONALITY

The lid supports direct searing, indirect roasting and smoking with food-safe wood chips or chunks. Hinged grid sections allow charcoal or smoking wood to be added without removing the complete cooking surface.

🪨 RECOMMENDED FUEL

Use natural lump charcoal or food-grade BBQ briquettes. Suitable wood chips or chunks may be added in moderation for smoking.

Never burn chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, painted, varnished or chemically treated wood.
