🔥 VORTEX™ SYSTEM

The Vortex™ system improves airflow and convection inside the kettle. It supports strong searing, stable indirect heat and controlled smoking beneath the lid.

Hinged sections provide access for adding charcoal, smoking wood or water without removing the complete cooking grid.

⚖️ DIFFERENCES FROM NK22K-LEG-2

Series 3 replaces the previous chrome-plated grid with stainless steel and adds the Vortex™ system. The leg construction and overall dimensions have also been revised.

🪨 RECOMMENDED FUEL

Use natural lump charcoal or food-grade BBQ briquettes. Suitable wood chips or chunks may be added in moderation for smoking.

Never burn chipboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, painted, varnished or chemically treated wood.

👨‍🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDATIONS

Spread charcoal evenly for direct grilling. For indirect roasting or smoking, place the charcoal to the sides and keep food away from direct heat.

Control temperature through the vents and empty the ash catcher only after complete cooling.
