Description
The Alpen 14 cm enamelled cast iron pot is a compact cookware piece for stewing, baking and slow cooking.
Cast iron distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time, making the pot suitable for roasts, stews, bread and dishes cooked at low temperatures.

Functionality
The pot is suitable for stewing, baking, slow cooking and dishes that require steady heat.
Cast iron provides even heating both on the hob and in the oven.
The lid has inner condensation bumps that help steam return back into the pot, keeping dishes juicy and rich in flavour.
The cookware is compatible with gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction hobs, as well as oven use.

Materials
The body is made of cast iron.
The interior is coated with smooth light-cream Pronamel Plus enamel, which protects the cast iron and makes cleaning easier.
The exterior has a coloured enamel coating, resistant to scratches and easy to clean.
The lid knob is made of stainless steel.

Care
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended.
Do not use metal scrubbers or aggressive cleaning products.
After washing, dry the pot thoroughly.
Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.
